Climate discussionsGovernment and agricultural federations reach agreement
On Monday morning, twenty representatives from several agricultural federations met with Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, as well as the Ministers Schneider, Dieschbourg and Turmes, to discuss the climate plan.
The meeting ended with an agreement. The objectives are the same and the sector also wants to contribute to climate protection, acting together for the challenges of tomorrow, as the president of the Chamber of Agriculture, Guy Feyder said.
Now the measures, on which the parties have agreed, will be deepened. The consultation period for the climate plan is still ongoing. The final plan will be registered in Brussels once complete.
