No treatmentsGerman hospitals denied patients from the Grand Duchy

RTL Today
The minister of health confirmed that over recent weeks, Luxembourgish patients were denied treatment in some German hospitals.

DP deputies Claude Lamberty and Gusty Graas issued a parliamentary inquiry into the matter and now received confirmation from Paulette Lenert that patients were denied even though they had negative test results.

Lenert further conveyed that in such cases, the ministry had started an investigation into the nature of the refusal and provided further assistance for the patients in question. She underlined that if administrative complications arise from treatment abroad, the ministry's internal services were always prepared to help.
