A press statement issued by the hospital group states that from Friday onward, doctors and employees of Robert Schuman Hospitals can treat patients through phone consultations.
Patients will receive an e-mail or text message to confirm their appointment and inform them of the details regarding getting in touch. Individuals without internet access can still contact medical staff via telephone.
Patients asking themselves whether or not to visit emergency services are requested to check the Robert Schuman Hospitals website. Here they can also find the Ministry of Health hotline which will lead them towards the next step. As of the end of the week, these phone consultations will be in place.
