This second booster has been recommended by the European Medicines Agency and the Superior Council for Infectious Diseases.
About 12,000 people will therefore be contacted by Health from next week in Luxembourg to make an appointment for the injection of the fourth dose.
However, as of Saturday at 1pm, the vaccination centres in Belval and in Ettelbrück are closing their doors to the public.
