Shortly before 7.30pm, two cars stationed in Esch-sur-Alzette caught fire. Firefighters extinguished the flames before anybody was hurt.
In Roost, two cars were involved in an accident on Route de Luxembourg at 8.30pm. Three people were injured as a result. Emergency services from Lintgen and Nordstad were at the scene to provide assistance.
Shortly after 11pm, one person was wounded in an accident involving two cars on Rue des Martyrs in Rumelange.
