Several accidents occurred across the country on Sunday, resulting in injuries, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS).

The first incident took place around midday in Dudelange, where a driver crashed into a garage door, injuring two people.

Shortly after 3pm in Pommerloch, a pedestrian was struck by a car. In a separate incident on the CR154 between Dalheim and Syren, a cyclist was hit by a vehicle. Each of these accidents resulted in one person being injured.

Additionally, a potential fire in an engine room in Luxembourg City was averted by the timely intervention of the capital’s fire brigade. No further details have been released regarding this incident.
