The car overturned in rue des Bois in Fingig. Three ambulances from Suessem, Differdange and Pétange, three fire crews, first responders and a police patrol assisted with the incident. The driver failed to pass an alcohol test following the accident.
Earlier in the evening, around 6.30pm, two people suffered minor injuries following an accident between Bettembourg and Peppange. Two cars were involved in a collision, which required the intervention of two ambulances alongside fire fighters and police.
In Differdange, one person was injured in a kitchen fire on Rue Menager at 8pm.
Finally, a tractor caught fire between Bivange and Kockelscheuer around 8.30pm. Hesperange firefighters intervened with the help of a police patrol. No one was injured.
