In total, 463 drivers were checked overnight into Sunday. In 15 cases, the breathalyser test came back positive, 11 reports and two fines were issued.
In four cases, the licence was revoked on the spot by officers.
During the checks, a further eight violations of the Code de la Route were recorded that had nothing to do with drunk driving.
