At around 5pm on Tuesday, two cars collided head-on on the N7 near the Sport Hotel Leweck. The exact circumstances of the accident have yet to be determined, but the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) has confirmed that four people were taken to the hospital after the crash. Emergency services from Bourscheid, Hosingen, and Nordstad tended to the scene. One lane of traffic was closed after the accident, but traffic normalised by 6.20pm.
A collision involving a car and a lorry occurred on Route d’Echternach in Rosport at 5.44pm on Tuesday. One person was injured in the accident and transported to a nearby hospital via air ambulance. Emergency services from Echternach and Rosport were deployed to the scene.
