There were a number of accidents reported by the emergency services across the Grand Duchy that required the attention of the air ambulance and on-the-ground responses.

An air ambulance and SAMU were deployed on Sunday afternoon after a cyclist and motorcyclist collided between Warken and Burden.

The accident occurred around midday. Both parties sustained injuries as a result.

In a separate incident, a motorcyclist suffered a fall at around 4am between Lipperscheid and Goebelsmuhle, requiring assistance from the Emergency Medical Assistance Service (SAMU)..

Two cyclists also collided on Sunday morning, at around 11.20am. The incident, which occurred between Heffingen and Reuland, left one person injured.

Around 4pm on the RN27 between Lipperscheid and Goebelsmuhle, it was reported a motorcyclist was involved in an accident. The injured man was attended to by the Bourscheid and Ettelbruck emergency services.
