On Friday evening, unknown suspects accessed a building in rue de Hellange in Crauthem via the basement window.
The break-in was only discovered when the people living in the building returned to their home and subsequently alerted the police.
Around 4.45 am on Saturday, somebody was seen forcefully entering an optician's shop in Esch and later escaping into the direction of rue du Canal.
Later that same day, several thieves tried to force their way into a building in Kaundorf.
The two remaining incidents occurred on Sunday, one in rue de la Minière in Rodange, the other in Berchem. The culprits mostly stole cash money and jewellery, and a computer in one case.
Police and crime scene investigation forces were alerted in each case, however, no culprits could be identified thus far.
