Two internationally renowned rating agencies confirmed Luxembourg's Triple A rating on Friday.
Despite the crisis, Fitch and DBRS Morningstar concluded that Luxembourg has the capacity to meet the post-pandemic financial and economic challenges head on, and while the assumption is that Luxembourg's recession will be tough, it won't be as bad as the European average.
As long as a cautious financial policy is maintained, both agencies were of the opinion that the Grand Duchy would be able to manage the uncertainties ahead.
