Farvest had been responsible for organising events in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, including flagship technology conference ICT Spring.
In a press release published by Farvest on Thursday, the group confirmed the agency would cease operations soon and planned to hand over the organisation of ICT Spring to another business in the events industry.
All other events planned for 2023 and 2024 have been cancelled as a result of the announcement.
