On Monday afternoon, police responded to a report of a car break-in on Route d’Arlon in Strassen.
According to reports, the suspect was disturbed by eyewitnesses while searching through the vehicle. A police patrol located and detained the individual shortly after the incident.
Upon searching the suspect, officers discovered a device used to jam the frequencies of electronic car locks, along with an unspecified amount of cash. The individual was taken to the police station for further processing.
