On Thursday morning, police were alerted to a man hitting cars with an object on Rue Prince Henri in Ettelbruck. It was quickly suspected that the man was under the influence of alcohol.
A police patrol arrived at the scene and found the man near a shop where the glass door had been damaged. He was carrying a metal rod and showed clear signs of being under the influence of drugs. During a search, drugs were discovered on his person.
A police report was filed.
