
Monday evening was relatively calm for the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), which responded to just two incidents.
The first accident took place at around 6.40pm on the road between Mamer and Kehlen, where two cars collided. One person sustained injuries and was attended to by firefighters and ambulance crews from Mamer.
Just over an hour later, a cyclist fell and was injured while travelling between Esch-sur-Alzette and Oberkorn. Emergency teams from Sanem-Differdange responded to provide assistance at the scene.
