Emergency teams were called to assist 290 individuals at the 2026 Schueberfouer, most of whom were treated for minor issues. However, 39 people required ambulance transport from the fair to the hospital.

No interventions were necessary for fires or other technical emergencies at the event. The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) deployed teams of between eight and twelve personnel on site each day, from midday until 1am.
