Late on Thursday afternoon, police received reports of a heavily intoxicated individual at a playgroun on Avenue Montereyin the capital. Officers at the scene determined the man represented a danger to himself due to his condition and promptly took him to a cell in order to sober up.
In the evening, another drunken individual went on a rampage at a café in the Gare district of Luxembourg City, refusing to leave the premises and harassing the public. He was deemed a risk to himself and others and subsequently spent the night in a cell.
