A motorist crashed into the car in front of him. The driver of the latter was treated on site and afterwards admitted to hospital for a check-up. Meanwhile, the person who had caused the accident fled the scene but was later confronted by police at his home address.
The man behaved aggressively and refused to take a breathalyser test. Since the police deemed it evident that he was inebriated, the officers issued a driving ban and lodged a complaint against him.
