A police patrol noticed a vehicle parked in the Gare district of Luxembourg City.

The car was occupying a parking space reserved for police vehicles, and the driver was found asleep behind the wheel. Officers needed several attempts to wake the man.

Once awake, the driver refused to open the car window and drove off through a bus lane and a red traffic light. He was later stopped by police. A breathalyser test came back positive for alcohol, and a provisional driving ban was issued.
