A police patrol pulled the motorist over after observing his suspicious driving and immediately noticed the man was heavily intoxicated. He refused to undergo a breathalyser test and became uncooperative with officers, which led to him being placed in custody overnight in order to sober up. He also had his driving licence confiscated on the spot.
