An accident unfolded on the A1 highway this Thursday morning, specifically along the stretch where construction work is underway for the tram line. A truck overturned on this segment, intended to link Kirchberg and Findel Airport.
As per information obtained from the ACL, the accident occurred near Senningerberg, along the lanes directed towards Germany.
RTL has observed tow trucks on the highway’s emergency lane, though accessing the embankment proves challenging.
The right lane of the highway is presently closed, causing traffic congestion around Kirchberg in the direction of Trier.
