Luxembourg shoppers are being warned not to consume Delhaize's 'Brookies' biscuits after the supermarket chain issued a recall over possible metal fragments in the products.

Delhaize has issued a product recall for its ‘Brookies’ and ‘Mini Brookies’ biscuits due to potential metal contamination, the supermarket chain announced Tuesday.

Affected products

The recall covers:

  • ‘Brookies’ sold between 25 June and 8 July
  • ‘Mini Brookies’ sold between 27 June and 8 July

Both products belong to Delhaize’s in-house brand.

Customers who purchased these items should not consume the biscuits and may return them to any Delhaize store for a full refund.
