According to the police report, the victim was beaten and temporarily held captive by the owners of a bar. The worker was there to switch off the business’ power.
On the orders of the Diekirch public prosecutor’s office, the presumed culprits could be arrested shortly afterwards. They were presented to an examining magistrate, who ordered that they should remain in custody.
