In the ongoing saga of the luxury watch affair, Becca faces allegations of embezzlement and money laundering, with the circumstances surrounding the watch acquisitions remaining unclear.

Previously, in July 2022, the Court of Appeal sentenced the Luxembourg entrepreneur to a one-year suspended prison sentence and a 250,000 euro fine, alongside the seizure of 842 luxury watches.

In two instances, the Court of Cassation has now denied Becca’s appeals. Additionally, in a third case aimed at reclaiming the watches, the judges deemed the request inadmissible.

While Flavio Becca theoretically retains the option to challenge these decisions in Strasbourg, he informed RTL that his legal team will first analyse the verdict before taking any further legal action.
