The defendant had appealed the Court of Appeal's sentence of 12 years in prison and a €10,000 fine. On Thursday, the Court of Cassation confirmed that the sentence would be upheld.
The defendant was one of 21 embroiled in a drugs ring in Wasserbillig and the station area of Luxembourg City. The network was dismantled by the authorities in October 2015.
