The Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg will only employ people who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
According to Romain Nati, he has "no other deontological, ethical choice" than requiring a vaccine from new employees. As a doctor, he could not employ people who risk harming a patient. This is an issue of conscience.
He says he is fully aware that his new hiring policy could be challenged before the courts. In this case one would need to see how a judge would interpret the issue.
