
Two cars were involved in a collision in Echternach at around 6 pm on Rue de Luxembourg, according to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS). An ambulance, firefighters and first responders from Echternach were at the scene.
Shortly before 7.30 pm, a child was hit by a car in Weiswampach. An ambulance from Troisvierges, firefighters from Luxembourg City, and a rescue helicopter attended the incident.
The emergency services reported that another person was hit by a car in Strassen, on Rue des Carrefours at 9 pm.
Both pedestrians hit by cars were injured in the process.
At 8pm, a car and a motorbike were involved in a collision in Ettelbruck. One person suffered serious injuries, and another two individuals involved in the accident only suffered minor injuries.
Emergency services reported two accidents on Sunday morning, just after 10am.
2 cars collided in the Avenue de l'Europe in Lamadelaine and 2 people were injured. The Käerjeng and Pétange ambulance and rescue services were on site.
Shortly after, an accident was reported in Wemperhardt: a car hit a motorbike on the roundabout, injuring one person. The Troisvierges ambulance and Weiswampach rescue services were at the scene.
