More details have emerged regarding the carriage incident, which happened around 5pm on Sunday afternoon. The horse was startled and bolted in fright, dragging the carriage behind it. The driver was thrown out the carriage as it tipped over, suffering severe injuries in the process. The horse went on to damage a car before it was reined in.
