Which is what happened on Wednesday morning: At 6.10 am, a car broke down on the A3 in the direction of Thionville-Luxembourg at the height of the Bettembourg intersection. The car blocked one lane of traffic for about an hour.
Fortunately, traffic was restored shortly after 7 am.
