The Commission for the Surveillance of the Financial Sector (CSSF) has issued a warning regarding the entity ‘Capstone Holdings LTD’, which claims to offer investment services.
The CSSF declared that it has no record of this entity and that it has not been granted any authorisation to provide such services in or from Luxembourg.
