Alves Santo was a Portuguese national residing in Luxembourg. The prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into his death, meaning the the Grand Ducal Police is closely cooperating with Portuguese authorities on the matter.
The police are now looking for witnesses who may have seen anything suspicious while being in or around the area at that time during the summer.
