Baroness Catherine Ashton, former EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, will deliver this year's Sir Winston Churchill Memorial Lecture on 29 October at the Hemicycle in Kirchberg.

This year's Sir Winston Churchill Memorial Lecture, organised annually by the British-Luxembourg Society, will be delivered by Baroness Catherine Ashton, former European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.

Under the theme 'A New Storm Gathers', the lecture will take place at the Hemicycle in Kirchberg on Thursday 29 October.

The Sir Winston Churchill Memorial Lecture is a series of annual lectures by renowned statesmen and intellectuals organised by the British-Luxembourg Society, the Patrons and Council, in collaboration this year with The Fondation Nationale de la Résistance.
