From 5 April, CFL has added two trains per hour, connecting Ettelbruck and Troisvierges on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8am to 6pm.
The National Railway Company communicated in a statement that this expansion of the train schedules is the result of high demand. The clients requested better and more frequent connections to be able to explore the beautiful hiking and biking trails the north has to offer.
CFL has compiled 43 itineraries in their Hike&Rail guide book as well as 20 bike trails in their Bike&Rail publication. Several routes can also be accessed for free via their website.
