Around 9.30pm in Sandweiler on Suebelwee, emergency services responded to an incident described by the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) as a “"rol after a lightning strike.” Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and further details remain scarce.
Earlier in the day, at approximately 5.20pm on Route d’Esch in Huncherange, two cars collided, resulting in one person sustaining injuries.
Additionally, the emergency services attended to two fires: one at a farm in Bertrange, and another in Hosingen, where a chimney fire was reported.
