Besides the firefighters from Wiltz and Goesdorf, the emergency doctor from Ettelbruck and two ambulances from Wiltz were on site to administer first aid. The road was completely closed off to traffic until 11.30am to facilitate the intervention of the emergency services and the clean-up work.
Another accident occurred in rue Prommenschenkel in Oberkorn at around 8.40am. Two cars crashed into each other, requiring the intervention of both the firefighters and the ambulance from Sanem-Differdange.
