The heads of the Church in Luxembourg announced that Patrick Muller had been nominated as a new vicar general at a press conference on Tuesday. 50-year-old Muller will join Wagener and become the second vicar general, as Wagener is keeping his role, but also becoming the first auxiliary bishop of Luxembourg.
