A 27-year-old man was walking on the A1 when he was hit by a car. He died at the scene from his injuries. The public prosecutor’s office has instructed the police’s forensic unit to investigate the cause of the accident. An autopsy has also been ordered.
The accident happened around 6pm, and the motorway was closed to traffic until the cleanup work was completed.
