The Grand Ducal couple's inaugural visit will be to Brussels, where they will be officially received by King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of the Belgians in a ceremony marking the occasion.
Following the courtesy visit to Belgium, the couple will travel to Berlin on Monday for a reception with German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at Bellevue Palace.
The Luxembourg court has announced that the dates for subsequent visits to Paris and Amsterdam will be confirmed at a later time.
