Luxembourg City's on-call medical centre will be moving back to its original 23, Val Fleuri, L-1526 location from the 20 October 2025 onwards.

The capital's on-call medical centre is changing address this October, the Ministry of Health and Social Security has announced.

According to the Ministry, the medical centre, which is currently located at 5, rue des Primeurs in Strassen, will return to its original premises at 23, Val Fleuri, L-1526 Luxembourg on 20 October.

The Strassen medical centre will remain open during its usual hours until 19 October 2025 inclusive. However, from 20 October, this site will close permanently.

Luxembourg has three on-call medical centres on call, with the following opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8pm to midnight
  • Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8am to midnight.

Addresses:

  • Luxembourg City: 23, Val Fleuri, L-1526 Luxembourg (from 20 October 2025)
  • Esch-sur-Alzette: 3-5, avenue du Swing, L-4367 Belvaux (Esch-Belval)
  • Ettelbruck: 110, avenue Lucien Salentiny, L-9080 Ettelbruck

When should you visit an out-of-hours medical centre?
On-call medical centres receive patients whose condition requires general medical care and who are in a condition which renders them unable to wait until their GP or usual doctor’s office reopens.
