The 8th edition of LËTZ GO GOLD took place this year at a new site in Neudorf, raising a record €715,015 for childhood cancer research through a solidarity race that also runs in Spain, Belgium, and France.
This year the race took place at a new site in Neudorf next to the Stade Henry Funck.
The routes were completely redesigned, offering three distances of 1.5km, 5km, and 10km.
After the race, the top fundraisers, whether individuals, professional teams or families, were honoured for their commitment. Many affected families took part with great dedication to raise money for research into childhood cancer, helping more children to recover. In total, a record sum of €715,015 was collected for research this year.
The solidarity race is also organised at the same time in Spain, Belgium, and France. All proceeds from these events are allocated to carefully selected research projects.
Support does not end with the event itself, as donations can still be made through the platform www.letzgogold.lu.
