Due to the final stage of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg, traffic restrictions will once again be in place across the capital on Sunday, as they were on Wednesday.

The arrival of the last stage is scheduled for Sunday 21 September between 2.30pm and 3.30pm in Limpertsberg, along Avenue Victor Hugo near Place Laurent. As a result, Avenue Victor Hugo and Rue Henri VII will be closed to traffic between 9am and 7pm, with parking prohibited from 6am to 10pm.

Additional restrictions will apply: Avenue du Bois, Rue Ermesinde, and Rue des Roses will be closed to traffic from 7am to 9am and again from 12.30pm to 5pm, with parking banned from 6am to 5pm.

The full race circuit will remain closed to traffic between 12.30pm and 5pm, and parking will be prohibited along the route from 8am to 5pm at the designated locations.

Public transport will also be affected. From 9am to 12.30pm and again from 5pm to 7pm, changes will affect several bus lines, including Line 2, which will be diverted and skip stops such as Theater, Lycée des Garçons, and Alen Tramsschapp, with replacement stops provided.

Between 12.30pm and 5pm, further diversions will come into force: Lines 2 and 8 will no longer serve Limpertsberg, while other routes such as Lines 3, 4, 21, 30, and 33 will see stops suspended in areas including Pfaffenthal, Eich, Muhlenbach, and Rollingergrund.

Shuttle services will be available to maintain connections, such as a replacement link between the Sept-Arpents terminus and the Bambësch Sports Centre.

The City of Luxembourg stresses it is taking all necessary measures to minimise disruption to traffic and public transport and thanks residents, drivers and bus passengers for their understanding.
