Visitors have one last chance to enjoy half-price rides at the Schueberfouer on Wednesday before the fair concludes with its traditional grand fireworks display.
Luxembourg's largest funfair, the Schueberfouer, will draw to a close on Wednesday, culminating in the traditional grand fireworks display at 10pm. This finale is expected to affect traffic around the Glacis.
As per annual tradition, the final day will be "half-price" until 8pm, offering visitors a last opportunity to enjoy the rides and food stalls.
While Meteolux forecasts a mix of clouds and clear skies for the afternoon – with mostly dry conditions – a few light showers remain possible.
In preparation for the pyrotechnic show, the Luxembourg City municipality has announced road closures. Access to the Limpertsberg neighbourhood from the Robert Schuman roundabout will be prohibited from 8pm until approximately 11.30pm. Alternative access will remain available via Rue des Glacis, Rue Albert Unden, and Avenue de la Faïencerie from the Rollingergrund side.
