The police have launched a witness appeal after a driver narrowly avoided a head-on collision in Olm, resulting in a roadside crash.

Luxembourg authorities issued a public appeal Tuesday for information regarding a traffic collision that occurred in Olm on 10 July 2025. The incident took place at approximately 3.45pm on Rue de Capellen.

According to police reports, a motorist travelling toward Capellen was forced to swerve to avoid an oncoming vehicle driving in the wrong direction. The evasive manoeuvre caused the driver to strike the roadside border and collide with a small tree. While the vehicle sustained significant damage and required towing, the driver emerged unharmed from the accident.
