The food administration has ordered the immediate withdrawal of a Bonduelle coleslaw product sold across Luxembourg, citing Listeria safety concerns.

The Luxembourg Veterinary and Food Administration (ALVA) issued a product recall on Tuesday for a coleslaw salad with "sauce douce" produced by the Bonduelle brand.

Consumers are warned not to eat the product if it carries an expiry date of 25 May 2025 due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria.

The affected salads were distributed to multiple retail outlets across Luxembourg.
