Two people sustained minor injuries when a fire broke out in a Strassen apartment on Wednesday evening, prompting a swift response from emergency services.

On Wednesday evening, a fire broke out in an apartment on Rue de l'Église in Strassen, prompting a swift response from the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS). At around 8.17pm, emergency service teams were despatched to the scene.

According to the CGDIS bulletin, two individuals sustained minor injuries and were treated on-site by the SAMU doctor and paramedics from Luxembourg City, Mamer, and Steinfort. Firefighters from Luxembourg City, Bertrange, Hesperange, and Mamer were also present on the scene.
