According to the police, a man was arrested on Saturday following a dispute with his ex-partner that took place Friday night.

The situation started with a verbal argument between two ex-partners, but the dispute escalated physically and the woman was injured by the man, according to early findings. The victim had to be taken to the hospital.

When the police arrived at the scene, the suspected perpetrator tried to flee, but after a brief foot chase, the man was stopped. However, as he became increasingly aggressive, the man had to be immobilized.

The prosecutor's office was informed of the incident and the suspect's arrest was ordered.
