RTL Today - Emergency services: Martelange pizzeria roof catches fire on Sunday

The authorities report a major fire at pizzeria Il Diablo in Martelange near the Belgian border on Sunday evening.

Shortly after 9 pm on Sunday, the CGDIS was called to action due to a fire on the Luxembourgish side of Martelange.

According to the news outlet La Meuse, the fire started in one of the apartments on the first floor before spreading to the roof of the restaurant.

Fortunately, no one was injured, although the roof was fully destroyed. The firefighters from Boulaide, Clervaux, Rambrouch, Reiden, Wiltz, and Ell, the Rambrouch and Reiden emergency services, as well as the Ettelbruck emergency doctor were at the scene.
