In November, the Bazar International will transform LuxExpo into a hub of charitable giving, where global culture meets local impact and visitors can make a difference through every purchase.
Luxembourg's largest charity event, the Bazar International, returns to LuxExpo from 15–17 November 2024, with over 30,000 visitors expected for a three-day celebration of global cultures, volunteerism, and fundraising. Known for its diverse offerings and dedication to supporting both local and international causes, the Bazar International has become a key fixture in Luxembourg's multicultural landscape.
All proceeds from the event go to charity. In 2023, the Bazar raised over €500,000, turning visitor participation into tangible support for people and communities in need. The event's slogan – 'Shopping for a good cause' – reflects how each purchase can make a real difference.
More than 1,000 volunteers are involved in organising and running the event, from managing stalls to handling logistics, demonstrating the power of collective action for a shared cause.
Showcasing global cultures
Alongside its charitable mission, Bazar International is a vibrant display of global diversity. With over 60 stands featuring international cuisine, handmade crafts, and cultural traditions, visitors can immerse themselves in a unique cultural experience. This year, the return of stands from Brazil and Israel adds to the rich multicultural offering.
With a history spanning over 60 years, Bazar International de Luxembourg ASBL remains focused on promoting generosity and solidarity across cultures. The event is entirely non-political and non-religious, welcoming people from all backgrounds to come together and support important causes.
