The latest statistics from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Diversity reveal a notable increase in female representation on Luxembourg's administrative boards.

According to the latest figures released by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Diversity on Tuesday, the representation of women on administrative boards in Luxembourg is on the rise.

Currently, women occupy just over 38% of seats on the administrative boards of public entities, an increase from approximately 27% a decade ago.

In terms of state representatives on these boards, women make up about 43% of the members. In private enterprises, female representation among state representatives is slightly above 35%.
